Michael S. Beinke — President
Michael S. Beinke began his real estate career in 2001 when he began working as a broker in one of the most affluent cities in the San Francisco Bay Area, Danville. With his experience in the finance business and his education from the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Arizona, Michael opened a branch of Pacific Guarantee Mortgage. The leadership and business knowledge learned at the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship (currently ranked #2 in the world) allowed Michael to grow that start-up branch of PGM into one of the top mortgage brokerages in Danville.
In 2004, Michael merged his Danville and Brentwood operations with Capital Market Funding, which was a new brokerage in Danville with another office in Pleasanton, CA. CMF under Michael’s leadership aligned with reputable Realtors and Builders as the backbone of success. As the President of CMF, Michael helped grow the company to 7 branches in CA and NV consisting of 75 loan officers with annual volumes in excess of $400,000,000.
In 2013, after having closed over $1,650,000,000 in real estate transactions in CA, NV, and FL, Michael took what he had learned from his father Steve, who is a member of the California Homebuilders Hall of Fame, and assembled a team of construction professionals who were producing second to none quality homes and started Beinke Builders. This wasn’t Michael’s first experience with construction having built 6 custom homes in California dating back to 2001. In the Fort Lauderdale market Michael made the decision to design properties exclusively with Randall Stofft, an architect with several record-breaking area sales prices. That has been key to the type of product and quality Michael strives to produce. To date, every property Beinke Builders has sold in Fort Lauderdale has set a record sales price per square foot against comparables at the time of the sale. The goal is to produce extraordinary property and make an impact on the Fort Lauderdale market.
After a vacation in 2018, Michael and his wife Sally Rose fell in love with the Nashville market and the people that make up the community and decided to buy a home there. We opted to build homes in the Troubadour Golf & Field Club with the architecture coming from award winning Pfeffer Torode. The combination of the first-class club by Discovery Land Company, and an architect with the quality and vision of Beinke Builders made for an extremely easy decision.
Today, Michael splits time between Fort Lauderdale and Nashville with his wife and 3 children, and enjoys the benefits both cities have to offer. Charitable work along with fishing, diving, and golfing are just some of the activities he enjoys in his free time.

Recent projects completed include a townhouse development consisting of multiple units, which was awarded the 2018 Fort Lauderdale’s Excellence in Development Award in the Multi-Family category, new construction of 3 single family homes in Victoria Park, complete tenant build out of a ReMax office, extensive remodeling of a number of single family residences, major remodeling & alteration of a high-end waterfront property including new sea wall & pier, all in the Fort Lauderdale area. My involvement with any particular project is comprehensive. Starts with collaboration between client & architect at the design stage, assisting the permitting process, continues through construction & concludes with obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy, providing a complete construction management service package for the client.
